An entity that is a trust, not formed for the specific purpose of investing in the funds, and each trustee or other person authorized to make decisions for the trust, and each grantor of which are “qualified purchasers” as defined by Section 3(c)(7) of the US Investment Company Act of 1940. *
An entity owned entirely by “qualified purchasers”. *
